Hinterhaus's American Woman 102 Proof is a Colorado-born rye that commands attention. Distilled with a high rye mashbill (95% rye, 5% malted barley) and bottled at 51% ABV, it's aged over three years in charred oak. Expect a nose of rich oak and spice that gives way to a palate of pear, honey and cinnamon. It finishes clean and crisp.
