This Ardbeg Kelpie is a true embodiment of the ocean's depths. The nose delights with an intricate dance of powerful, oily peat, dark chocolate, smoked fish, and a curious, sharp herbal note, hinting at the mysteries beneath the waves. The palate unleashes a crescendo of rich flavors – treacle toffee, Turkish coffee, smoky bacon, and waves of dark, dark chocolate, punctuated by a burst of peachy fruit, hickory wood, clove oil, and a suggestion of black olives.
