This 15-year-old single grain whisky is a unique South African spirit. Starting as Bain's Cape Mountain Whisky, it's crafted from sun-kissed local grain and initially aged in ex-bourbon barrels. But the magic happens during an extra 10 years in older American oak, unveiling layers of flavor. Expect a dark amber hue, aromas of spice, tropical fruit, banana, and a palate of butterscotch, raisins, and banana bread. The finish is warm, spicy, and incredibly smooth.
