Bardstown Bourbon Co. and Blackberry Farm teamed up, and the result is a chocolate lover's dream. This bourbon, a blend of 6-14 year old whiskeys finished for 17 months in Oxheart Stout barrels, is like a decadent stout in bourbon form. Think rich chocolate mousse, dark cocoa, and hints of vanilla, balanced with dry oak and a rye spice tingle. The stout barrel influence is strong, but it complements the bourbon without completely taking over. Limited to KY and TN, it's a sweet after-dinner treat or campfire companion.
