This single malt spent most of its maturation in an oloroso cask, where it absorbed rich, sherried notes of dark fruits like raisins and prunes, along with enticing hints of winter spices. To add an extra layer of decadence, the whisky was then finished for nine months in a Pedro Ximénez cask, imparting luscious notes of creamy butterscotch, vanilla fudge, and sweet, jammy fruits.
