Blade and Bow bourbon, born from the historic Stitzel-Weller Distillery, offers a smooth and approachable profile. Its solera aging, incorporating remnants of Stitzel-Weller bourbon, lends a unique depth to its gentle character. The whisky presents a fruity and vanilla-forward nose, followed by a soft, sweet palate with cherry notes and a short, subtly oaky finish reminiscent of powdered donuts and cherry cola. While easy to drink, it could benefit from a bolder spice element.
