Blue Note offers two unique experiences. The Rye, born in Kentucky and reborn in Memphis, showcases the transformative power of Tennessee's climate. Aged at least four years, this unfiltered, cask strength rye, with a 95% rye mash bill, delivers crisp apple and cinnamon notes, balanced with vanilla and oak, finishing smooth with lingering spice. In contrast, the Single Barrel Reserve Bourbon, aged a minimum of nine years, unveils deep oak notes, bottled at barrel proof. Limited to around 200 bottles, it boasts a nose of perfumed fruits and honey, leading to a palate rich in leather, berries, and spice, concluding with a long finish of candied fruits, honey, and a hint of mint. Both showcase Blue Note's dedication to craftsmanship and unique aging.
