Think sea salt and toffee evolving into leather, stewed apples, and delicate florals on the nose. The palate brings a rich sweetness – maple syrup, dark chocolate, and a hint of earthy peat. The finish is long, honeyed, and satisfyingly rich. A complex and beautifully sherried dram.
