This exceptional Bunnahabhain 17 Year Old Westering Home whisky offers a delightfully indulgent experience. The nose is a luxurious blend of sweet and creamy notes, with hints of nuttiness evoking whole almonds and nougat, complemented by a touch of caramel and a delightful hint of Haribo candy. On the palate, the sweetness and nuttiness persist, intertwined with a complex array of spices, most notably nutmeg. The finish is a delightful dance between a subtle smoky character and a fruity burst of kiwi and starfruit. This limited edition, with only 301 bottles produced, was expertly crafted, spending time in both Cognac and Sauternes wine casks, adding depth and complexity.
