Bushmills 30 Year Old 1991 Madeira Cask Finish is a true masterpiece of Irish whiskey craftsmanship. Aged for over 13 years in a harmonious blend of oloroso sherry butts and bourbon barrels, it then underwent an additional 15-year slumber in first-fill Madeira wine casks. This extended maturation process has imparted a kaleidoscope of flavors that dance across your palate. The aroma is a tantalizing medley of mandarin, charred pineapple, dried mango, creamy banana, chocolate truffle, rich nuts, and pipe tobacco.
