Tasting Notes

Chattanooga Whiskey 91 is a unique Tennessee bourbon, a "High Malt" recipe using corn and three types of malted barley. Aged at least two years in oak and then Solera finished, it's got a character all its own. Expect a sweet nose of brown sugar, oak, and cherries, leading to a palate of more brown sugar, malt, and hints of vanilla. The finish is a bit shorter, with leather and oak. It's not your typical bourbon thanks to the Solera process and high malt content, making it taste older and more complex than it is. A great value and a fun twist on a classic.
