Chichibu Paris Edition 2020 is a rare and highly coveted release from Japan's newest whisky distillery, founded in 2004. This special edition, exclusively bottled for Le Maison du Whisky in Paris, offers a unique blend of two distinct batches. The first batch comprises five barrels distilled in 2013, aged in a captivating mix of first-fill bourbon, virgin oak, and a Port pipe. The second batch includes three barrels from 2014, with one barrel aged in a red wine cask, adding a delightful complexity, and two quarter casks contributing depth and intensity. Limited to just 1,833 bottles, this expertly crafted whisky promises a rich and multifaceted flavor experience, showcasing the exceptional craftsmanship of Chichibu distillery and the artistry of Japanese whisky-making.
