Using a patented Pressure Aging process on a classic bourbon mashbill, Cleveland Whiskey infuses the spirit with black cherry wood, sidestepping traditional barrel aging limitations. The result is a 94-proof whiskey that aims for a unique profile. Initially, the black cherry wood is prominent, offering a smooth, slightly tart, and sweet spice note, without relying on artificial flavors or added sugar.
