Delilah's XXV by Compass Box is a limited edition blended Scotch whisky that celebrates the 25th anniversary of the legendary punk rock whisky bar, Delilah's, in Chicago. This unique blend is a fusion of sherried whiskies from Linkwood, Teaninich, and an undisclosed distillery, along with whisky from Miltonduff and grain whisky from Cameronbridge. The nose offers enticing aromas of pecan, blackberry, butterscotch, and Bourbon biscuits, with a touch of grassy malt. On the palate, spicy sherried malt notes of clove and ginger mingle with layers of chocolate ice cream and praline, creating a rich and complex flavor profile. The finish is fruitier, with lingering hints of apricot and green apple. This exceptional blend, limited to 8,520 bottles, is a testament to Compass Box's mastery in blending and pays homage to the iconic Delilah's whisky bar.
