This exquisite single malt whisky is a true masterpiece crafted from barley grown on the Daftmill family farm in August 2009. The barley was carefully malted, stored, and distilled in November and December of the following year, before being aged in 25 first-fill ex-bourbon casks. Sheltered in a dunnage warehouse until 2023, this whisky was bottled at 46% ABV, yielding a limited edition of 6,550 bottles. Lucky connoisseurs who manage to secure one of the 78 bottles available will be treated to a harmonious symphony of flavors. Imagine layers of orchard fruit, intertwined with warm wood spice and luscious crème brûlée, delicately dusted with cinnamon and nutmeg.
