Dingle Single Malt is a delightful Irish whiskey that captivates the senses with its rich and indulgent flavors. Crafted with meticulous care, this triple-distilled expression boasts a harmonious blend of Pedro Ximénez and bourbon cask maturation, imparting a velvety smoothness and depth of character. Upon nosing, you're greeted by a creamy melange of vanilla, luxurious dark chocolate, dried fruit notes reminiscent of sherry, and a tantalizing prickle of aromatic spices like anise, clove, and nutmeg. The palate is an absolute delight, unveiling layers of luscious caramel, vanilla, and chocolate goodness infused with bright citrus notes, complemented by raisins, espresso, apricots, and a subtle kick of black pepper. Hints of rhubarb crumble, black fruit, red wine, and black tea intertwine with acacia honey, leather, and brown sugar, creating a complex and captivating tapestry of flavors.
