On May 2, 2007, it was disgorged and carefully re-racked into a Bordeaux hogshead, allowing the whisky to absorb the essence of the renowned French wine region. After meticulously maturing for a total of 11 years, this exceptional dram was bottled on June 15, 2010, as part of Edradour's esteemed Straight from the Cask range.
