Oaxaca Whiskey captivates the senses with its aromatic bouquet of marshmallow sweetness, caramel richness, and a unique salty essence reminiscent of the sea breeze. As it dances across your palate, complex flavors unfurl, unveiling the delightful notes of marzipan, vanilla, and dark chocolate. The finish is a harmonious crescendo of raspberry tartness, cardamom spice, and the warmth of oak. Crafted from ancestral blue corn grown in the heart of Oaxaca, Mexico, this whiskey undergoes a double distillation in copper alembic stills, then a four-year maturation in single-fill bourbon casks, before receiving a final touch of elegance – a six-month to one-year finish in virgin Limousin oak casks from Cognac, France.
