Distilled in 2011 and matured for over a decade, this Lowland gem spent most of its years in bourbon hogsheads, developing a rich and creamy character. In its final three years, it was transferred to Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, imparting a luscious layer of complexity. On the nose, it tantalizes with notes of dark treacle, spiced fruit compote, and crisp red apples.
