Aged first in a bourbon cask, it was then finished in a Hungarian Tokaji sweet wine cask, imparting a unique depth of character. On the nose, tangy marmalade mingles with spiced fruits, cooked apples, pears, toasted nuts, and a creamy vanilla note. The palate is a delightful harmony of vanilla shortbread, juicy apricot, honey-soaked sultanas, and a hint of baking spice, followed by candied tropical fruit as the spice gently builds.
