The nose is a tantalizing medley of buttery pastries filled with cooked apples, baking spices, tinned peaches, papaya, and toffee, complemented by hints of white chocolate, raspberries, earthy vanilla, autumnal leaves, and candied lemon peel. The palate is a delightful dance of pear drops, sweet vanilla pods, and a kick of cinnamon, harmoniously intertwined with buttery lemon shortbread, dried herbs, red apples, and a touch of lime marmalade.
