Distilled in 2017 and bottled in 2024, this Kentucky Straight Rye uses Beck's 6158 corn, setting it apart from Heaven Hill's standard rye. Aged six years, it pours a pale mahogany, offering an aroma of dried flowers, grasses, and toasted oak. The palate bursts with butterscotch and caramel sweetness, balanced by dense spices and a touch of cigar tobacco.
