This Tasmanian single malt from Hellyers Road is a true delight for the senses. The nose greets you with a delightful medley of buttery, biscuity aromas intertwined with hints of tropical Pina Colada, allspice, and an underlying berry fruitiness that adds a delightful complexity. As you savor the spirit, a rich, sweet palate unfolds, revealing notes of strawberry jam and cracked black pepper, creating a delightful contrast. The oily, mouth-filling texture carries a wonderful blackcurrant note, while a dash of nutmeg adds depth and sophistication.
