High Coast Hav – Oak Spice is a fascinating single malt whisky that tantalizes the senses with its complex flavors. The nose greets you with a delightful blend of spicy malt, candied orange peel, raspberries, dark chocolate, dried grass, cinnamon, and a hint of marzipan. On the palate, a subtle kick of cracked black pepper adds excitement to the rounded, full-bodied profile, where thick caramel, tropical fruit, and vanilla cookies mingle harmoniously. The finish lingers with a delicate touch of citrus fruit, brown sugar, and earthy florals. This whisky, part of High Coast's Origins series, is a masterful combination of 20% peated and 80% non-peated whiskies, matured in Hungarian and Swedish oak casks, as well as bourbon barrels.
