Crafted from 100% rye and bottled at 46%, it's aged in new oak, ex-bourbon, and a touch of Pedro Ximenez casks. The nose surprises with sweet & sour notes, like red candy rolls and green apples, transforming with a pairing snack into mocha latte on wood.
