Kings County Coffee Whiskey is a unique collaboration born in the Brooklyn Navy Yard, blending Kings County's own bourbon and corn whiskeys with Parlor Coffee's cold brew. The result is a brownish-red spirit with a nose of sour cherry, tobacco, and subtle walnut. The palate offers a split experience, starting with sweet caramel and oak notes from the whiskey, then transitioning to a fruity, low-acid coffee finish. It's a versatile spirit, equally at home in cocktails or sipped neat, offering a caffeinated twist (14mg per 1.5oz) on traditional whiskey enjoyment with a depth reminiscent of Madeira and Italian amari.
