Crafted with 100% malted rye and aged in new American oak and Jamaican rum casks, this spirit takes an unconventional path. The casks were ingeniously matured in a sauna environment, reaching a toasty 55 degrees Celsius, courtesy of excess steam from the distilling process. This unique approach imparts a tropical allure, reminiscent of the warm climates where many rums are aged.
