Lark Single Cask Whisky is a true masterpiece that tantalizes the senses with its rich and complex flavors. The nose is a delightful symphony of maltiness and spice, with notes of dried fruits like dates, figs, and sultanas dancing alongside hints of nutmeg, cinnamon, and a peppery warmth, all beautifully intertwined with a subtle whiff of smoke. As you take a sip, the bold and sweet flavors unfold on the palate, revealing an intriguing oily peat character that crescendos atop notes of chili, toffee apples, and malt.
