Mackmyra Moment - Efva is a unique single malt Swedish whisky that takes you on a delightful sensory journey. The nose is a harmonious blend of citrusy orange peels, tangy raspberries, and the comforting aroma of digestive biscuits, complemented by the freshness of malted barley and the warmth of gingerbread spices. On the palate, it surprises with caramelized almond flavors, a hint of cooling mint leaf, occasional floral notes, and the crispness of red apples. The finish is a delightful combination of mint-chocolate chip ice cream and strawberry sauce, leaving a lingering sweetness on the tongue. This expression is a result of Mackmyra's collaboration with Swedish jewellery designer Efva Attling, who carefully selected casks including Oloroso, American oak, Swedish birch tree sap wine, and cherry wine, creating a truly unique and memorable whisky experience.
