The finish exhibits bold oak flavors that build, bringing warming hints of pepper and cinnamon, beautifully balanced by chewy dates and sweet sultanas. This impressive addition to Signatory's Cask Strength Collection, distilled in April 2007 and matured for 15 years including 21 months in a fresh sherry butt, yields a remarkable 687 bottles filled in September 2022.
