This barrel-strength bourbon whiskey from Never Say Die is a true connoisseur's delight. Distilled in Kentucky using a traditional mash bill of corn, rye, and malted barley, it undergoes a unique aging journey that imparts exceptional depth of flavor. After maturing for around six years in a rickhouse, the whiskey embarks on a six-week sea voyage to England, allowing it to interact more intensely with the wood during the rough crossing. Upon arrival, it is bottled at White Peak Distillery and given time to mellow in England's cooler climate.
