Tasting Notes
Imagine a symphony of flavors that whisks you away on a journey across lands and cultures. Nomad Outland Whiskey is a captivating blend of Irish craftsmanship and Spanish artistry. Crafted with triple-distilled single malt from County Louth, Ireland, this whiskey is aged for three years in bourbon casks before embarking on a new adventure. It's then transferred to oloroso sherry casks previously used by the renowned González Byass winery, where it rests for an additional year. The result is a harmonious dance of aromas and flavors – a delightful fusion of crème brûlée, toasted spices, oily walnuts, sweet pears, and gingerbread on the nose. The palate unveils a drying spice that unfolds into a symphony of fruitcake, vanilla, wine-stained oak, orange peel, and dark chocolate. The finish is long and elegant, leaving a lasting impression on the senses. At 41.3% ABV, this whiskey is a true nomad, traversing borders and blending traditions to create a unique and unforgettable experience.
