Stauning HØST whisky tantalizes the senses with its captivating aroma of vanilla, beeswax, and zesty citrus notes. Upon savoring it, the palate is graced with the sweetness of meadow honey and toffee, complemented by the refreshing nuances of apple and red berries. As the whisky lingers, it unveils a syrupy finish infused with cinnamon, oak, and subtle spice notes. Crafted from locally sourced rye malt and single malt, each grain meticulously floor-malted at the distillery, this Danish masterpiece is a harmonious blend aged in bourbon and heavily charred new American white oak casks, then finished in Port Barrique casks, imparting a rich complexity that sets it apart.
