Crafted from 100% Danish rye and barley, which undergoes a traditional floor-malting process at the distillery, the spirit is then distilled in small direct-fired stills, imparting a distinct spicy character. The spicy spirit is then matured in virgin American oak barrels, infusing it with notes of blackberry, peppery oak, and a hint of menthol. On the palate, it unfolds with a symphony of forest berries, oaky vanilla, cocoa, and a citrusy oiliness complemented by spicy oak undertones.
