Aged in American oak, then finished in a harmonious blend of Italian Amarone red wine casks and bespoke Kintsugi casks meticulously crafted from Scottish Tay oak, Japanese mizunara, and American white oak. The nose greets you with rich fruits, creamy panna cotta, honey-roasted almonds, and tantalizing citrus oils. On the palate, a delightful dance of citrus, chocolate, cherries, figs, brioche, and moist ginger cake unfolds. The finish lingers with dried fruits and honey intertwined with balanced wood spice and cacao. This single malt whisky is a masterpiece born from the collaboration between master whisky maker Gregg Glass and acclaimed architect Maurizio Mucciola, protégé of Kengo Kuma, celebrating the fusion of whisky and architectural design in partnership with Dundee's V&A museum.
