The Macallan's Vibrant Oak whisky is a delightful treat for the senses. Upon nosing, it enchants with intense vanilla aromas mingled with sweet sherbet and zesty lime, giving way to fragrant pears nestled in a delicate vanilla sponge cake. On the palate, it delights with creamy vanilla panna cotta, buttery shortbread, and a hint of lightly toasted coconut and almond brittle, complemented by notes of apple and sweet oak. The finish is medium and sweet, with lingering vanilla notes. This limited edition whisky is a harmonious blend of maturation in first-fill sherry-seasoned American oak and refill sherry casks, imparting a unique and vibrant character. The packaging, inspired by Cirque du Soleil's SPIRIT experience, features repurposed oak chippings from the cask-making process, adding an eco-friendly touch to this exceptional whisky.
