Thinkers Distillery's Dew Of B'dolah Bourbon is a remarkable spirit that embodies the pursuit of harmony and balance. This single barrel, un-filtered expression has undergone a unique journey, starting its life in the US and then embarking on a transatlantic voyage to Israel for further maturation. Crafted from a kosher wheated mash bill, the whiskey spent six months aging at sea, gently rocked by the waves of the Atlantic and Mediterranean, before resting in the open air of Haifa for three and a half years. The result is a captivating bouquet of toasty spices, cherries, manuka honey, and peaches on the nose, accompanied by a palate that unveils layers of vanilla, cinder toffee, dark chocolate, oak char, and coffee.
