Toki Blended Japanese Whisky is a harmonious blend crafted by the masters at The House of Suntory, combining the finest whiskies from their three distilleries: Yamazaki, Hakushu, and Chita. Upon nosing, you're greeted with a delightful melange of soft orchard fruits, thyme honey, and a hint of refreshing peppermint. As it dances on your palate, the whisky unveils a vibrant symphony of green apple, bright citrus notes akin to pink grapefruit, and undertones of bitter herbs, toasted almonds, and vanilla oak. The finish leaves a lingering warmth, with white pepper and ginger adding a subtle spicy kick. Unlike Suntory's other iconic blend, Hibiki, Toki's main components are the Hakushu single malt and Chita grain whisky, giving it a unique character that shines in a refreshing highball or neat pour.
