Initially matured in traditional casks, it was then allowed to slumber in a harmonious blend of Pedro Ximénez and oloroso sherry casks. This final sojourn imbued the spirit with an irresistible tapestry of flavors. On the nose, sweet notes of chocolate-covered raisins mingle with candied almonds and zesty dried orange peel, underpinned by warming hints of cinnamon.
