The high-rye mash bill definitely shines through, giving it a spicy kick. It's a bit hot neat, but a splash of water unlocks a symphony of flavors, including cherry and earthy undertones. Think of it as a slightly rougher, more affordable alternative to 1792 Full Proof. For the price, it's a solid sipper that's easy to find.
