This Japanese whisky from Yamazaki distillery offers a delightful harmony of aromas and flavors. On the nose, it seduces with floral elderflower notes intertwined with the warmth of sandalwood and vanilla bean, complemented by a subtle hint of buttered rye bread and occasional grassy undertones. A splash of water unveils a refreshing touch of white peach. The palate is an enchanting dance of ripe peach, juicy pineapple, sultana, and plum, accompanied by floral oak nuances that evolve into light cigar box and fudge notes. The finish is a delightful crescendo, with a rush of white grape and green apple flavors, culminating in a spicy cinnamon flourish.
